## English Version
So like I was saying family conflicts are a normal thing in any relationship but what matters is how we deal with them and how we can solve them in a peaceful way
I have a friend who was facing a problem with her husband and his family because they were interfering in her personal life and this was causing her a lot of stress and anxiety
she was trying to talk to them and explain to them that she wants freedom in making her own decisions but they were refusing to listen
I told her she needs to set clear boundaries with them and prove to them that she's a strong and effective person at the same time
like dont let them walk all over you haha but also dont be too aggressive or confrontational
one thing that helped her was writing down her feelings and thoughts in a journal and then discussing them with her husband in a calm and respectful way
this helped them to understand each other better and to find a solution that works for both of them
idk if this will work for everyone but it's definitely worth trying
