She gives me silent treatment for days over things I didn’t even do?

So my girlfriend of 2 years suddenly stops talking to me — like full radio silence for 4 days straight. I’m texting her asking what’s wrong and she just reads and nothing. Then finally she drops this long message saying I hurt her by not inviting her to my cousin’s birthday, but I didn’t even know she expected to come. We haven’t met the family yet and it was a small thing just with close family yani. When I tried to explain she says I never understand her feelings and that I’m selfish. But how am I supposed to know what she wants if she doesn’t tell me? This has happened before over little stuff — like once I made plans with friends and she got mad I didn’t check with her first. I’m trying but I feel like I’m walking on eggshells. My mom keeps asking when we’ll get engaged and I don’t know what to say because honestly I’m starting to feel drained. I want to fix things but I don’t even know what I’m fixing. Inshallah we figure this out but right now I’m just tired.
