I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years now and I thought everything was fine... we're both Manglik and our families are kinda traditional so I was really invested in making this work. But yesterday I was using his phone to play music and I saw all these messages from different guys, super explicit stuff. I feel so betrayed, like my whole world is crashing down. I've been in a similar spot before and honestly it sucks. My ex was chatting with someone behind my back too, I found out by accident like you. What I did was take some time for myself, didn't confront him right away, just needed to process everything. Then we had a long talk, I told him how I felt and we figured out what was going on. For us it was a sign of deeper issues, but we worked through them. You should do what feels right for you, but talking to him is a good place to start... see how he reacts, if he's sorry or not. And yeah, consider couples therapy, it really helped us
